Our Management
The day-to-day operations of Peters Place Guest House are overseen by Mrs Catherine Nlumbile, who serves as the General Manager of the establishment. Mrs Nlumbile holds a Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and a Certificate in Front Office Operations from Kenya Utalii College, one of Africa’s leading hospitality training institutions
Mrs Nlumbile has accumulated (years)extensive experience in the hotel and hospitality industry through her professional engagements with several reputable establishments in both Botswana and Zimbabwe. Her industry experience includes roles at Mowana Lodge, Thapama Hotel, Cresta Lodge, President Hotel and Bosele Hotel in Botswana, as well as The Victoria Falls Hotel and The Kingdom Hotel in Zimbabwe. Through these positions, she gained valuable exposure to hospitality operations across establishments with varying service standards and operational environments.

Peters Place Guest House – House Rules
To ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay for all guests, Peters Place Guest House kindly requests that the following house rules be observed:
- Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM).
- Check-out time is 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the day of departure.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Identification Requirement
All guests are required to present a valid identification document or passport upon check-in for registration purposes. - Payment Policy
Accommodation and other services must be settled upon check-in or according to agreed booking arrangements, unless prior credit arrangements have been approved. - Visitors
Visitors are welcome between 08:00 AM and 22:00 PM. For security and comfort reasons, visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless registered as guests. - Noise and Conduct
Guests are requested to maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly between 22:00 PM and 06:00 AM, to respect the comfort and rest of other guests. - Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. - Safety and Security
Guests are advised to ensure that room doors are properly locked when leaving. Peters Place provides secure premises, but guests are encouraged to take responsibility for their personal belongings. - Damage to Property
Any damage or loss of property belonging to the guest house caused by a guest or their visitors may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs. - Laundry and Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping services are provided. Laundry services are available upon request. - Respect for Property and Other Guests
Guests are requested to treat the guest house facilities, staff, and fellow guests with respect and courtesy at all times.
