Peters Place Guest House – Booking Terms and Conditions
The following booking terms and conditions apply to all reservations made with Peters Place Guest House. These conditions are designed to ensure smooth operations and a comfortable experience for all guests.
- 1. Reservations and Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to room availability. A reservation will only be considered confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by Peters Place Guest House.
For corporate or group bookings, a formal confirmation may be required via email or an official purchase order where applicable.
- 2. Payment Terms
Payment for accommodation and additional services may be required upon check-in, unless prior credit arrangements have been approved.
For group bookings or extended stays, Peters Place Guest House may request a deposit or advance payment to secure the reservation.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, or other agreed payment methods.
- 3. Cancellation Policy
Guests are requested to provide adequate notice in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before arrival may not attract any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
For group or corporate bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply depending on the size and nature of the booking.
- 4. Amendments to Bookings
Changes to booking dates, number of rooms, or guest details should be communicated as early as possible. Peters Place Guest House will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes subject to availability.
- 5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Check-out: 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- 6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the facilities, staff, and other guests at the establishment. Any damage to property caused by guests may result in charges for repair or replacement.
- 7. Liability
While Peters Place Guest House maintains a secure environment for guests, management will not be held responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings within the premises.
- 8. Special Requests
Any special requests such as meal arrangements, laundry services, or extended stays should be communicated at the time of booking to allow adequate preparation.
